privacy policy.

TapePhoto is the portfolio and booking site of Carlos Martinez, photographer in Coquimbo, Chile. There are no user accounts and no advertising. This page describes the few ways your data reaches us or third parties.
Contact and licence forms
If you use the contact form or the licence quote form, we receive the details you type: name, email address, optional phone number, your message and, for licence requests, the image reference and usage details. The form sends them to the forms system of NetWebMedia (netwebmedia.com), the studio that builds and hosts this site. They are stored in its CRM so that Carlos can reply and follow up on your enquiry. A hidden anti-spam field is also submitted. We do not use this data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Email and WhatsApp
If you write to carlos@netwebmedia.com or tap a WhatsApp button, the message goes to Carlos. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and is subject to its own terms and privacy policy; the pre-filled message text on our buttons contains no personal data.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets first-party cookies and sends usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type; IP addresses are anonymized by default in GA4) to Google, under Google's privacy policy. We do not use advertising trackers.
Fonts and images
Typefaces and photographs are served from tapephoto.com itself, so loading a page does not send your IP address to a font provider.
Photographs
Images in the galleries are the work of Carlos Martinez. If you appear in one and want it removed, write to the address above and it will be taken down.
External links
Pages link to Instagram, Facebook and other third-party sites. Each has its own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to carlos@netwebmedia.com. Enquiries are kept as long as needed to answer them and keep ordinary business records.
Changes
If the site starts collecting anything new, this page is updated first. The date above always shows the last change.
